| In Oditly, a brand serves as an entity allowing you to define various departments for optimal utilization of the application, particularly beneficial if you manage multiple departments. Brands streamline organisation within Oditly, enhancing efficiency and facilitating smooth operations across different segments of your business.

| Brands also enable users to easily track the performance of different departments. Additionally, brands can be used to assign different roles to users, allowing for better control over access and permissions.


### **Steps to add a Brand.**

* Go to Setup (Gear Icon).
* Click ADD BRAND.
* Enter brand name and code.
* Click submit to save.
