**Why I'm not able to edit my answer type in a template?**



Navigate to the Templates section from the main menu.
Search for the specific template.
Check if the template is tagged as "IN USE" under the template ID.
If the template is currently in use, editing the answer type is restricted until all inspections are completed.

Go to the Templates section in the main menu.
Search for the specific template you want to manage.
Click on 'View/Edit' for the template.
Check or uncheck locations as per your requirements.

**How to download the template list?**



Access the Templates section from the main menu.
Click on the Download button located at the top right corner of the page.
Your raw data containing all the template-related information will be downloaded.

**How to delete a brand?**



Note: You cannot delete a brand if it is currently mapped to locations, inspections, or templates. You can make it inactive instead.
Navigate to Setup from the main menu.
Click on 'Brand'.
Find the brand you want to manage.
Click on the current status (Active).
This will toggle the status to Inactive, effectively deactivating the brand.

Action plans are already pre-defined as per the non-compliance if an assignee selects any Non-compliance the action plan will automatically triggered.

No, It will be visible to only the person who has selected the non-compliance.



**Can we create an Action plan after the template is Published?**




* No, there are certain limitations in the system so after publishing any template you can not add the action plan into it.


**How can I see the performance of my top 10 units?**




Go to dashboard
Select date range
Select Template and User
Click on Apply
Select Top 10 from score by Location
