**How to Approve and Reject an Inspection?**

| Inspection approval and rejection are entrusted to the **reviewer**, who holds the responsibility for assessing and making decisions on inspections.
| The reviewer has the authority to reject the inspection, providing a valid reason for the decision.

### **Step for rejection and approval of the inspection by the Reviewer.**

*** Click on Review Audit**
*** Click on Reject tab if found any discrepancy and send back to the same auditor.**
*** Click on Submit Review, enter the comment for the performance and submit.**
