# 2024 - Inspection - User Notification

**User Notification**

| In Oditly, when self-assigning an inspection, you can now notify users upon completing the report at the same time by selecting their name(s).


### **Steps for selecting the user name for notification**

*** Click on Templates **
*** Click on Instant Inspection**
*** After selecting Inspection type, location, Click on Notify users (On Complete) to select the user's name.**
*** Click on Submit.**
