How to Approve and Reject an Inspection?


Inspection approval and rejection are entrusted to the reviewer, who holds the responsibility for assessing and making decisions on inspections.The reviewer has the authority to reject the inspection, providing a valid reason for the decision.


Step for rejection and approval of the inspection by the Reviewer.


* Click on Review Audit
* Click on Reject tab if found any discrepancy and send back to the same auditor.
* Click on Submit Review, enter the comment for the performance and submit.
