How to Scheduled an inspection?


Scheduled Inspection is a feature in Oditly that allows users to set tasks to be performed at specific times or intervals.


Steps for Scheduling an Inspection


*** Click on Inspection **
*** Click on Schedules**
*** Click on Create new**
*** Select Location **
*** Select Template/Checklist**
*** Select auditor(s)**
*** Select schedule i.e. one-off, daily, weekly, and monthly.**
*** Select start date and select end date if you don't want the schedule to be run in continuation.**
*** Entre time to complete each inspection.**
*** Enable the missed inspection allow you to provide some grace period to complete after this inspection will go missed.**
*** Click on Schedule and your schedule will appear at the top of the schedule page.**
